A culinary adventure through Kerala's flavors

This three-day documentary journey with celebrity Chef Vicky Ratnani explored Kerala's incredible food culture. We started at a vibrant Cassava Festival at a local college, then moved to the stunning Coconut Lagoon resort in Kumarakom's backwaters. The adventure included houseboat exploration with the executive chef, authentic experiences at fish markets and traditional toddy shops, and recipe filming with local chefs. Our final day in Kochi captured Chef Vicky's business meetings while hunting for exotic spices and unique utensils in bustling local markets.
